James Paul Vitale

James, a Hudson resident, joined the firm in 2007. He handles a variety of real estate and business related matters, including real estate development, business formation and organization, residential subdivision development construction and approval, the review and negotiation of bank financing documents, property tax appeals, and homeowner association formation and operation. James serves as outside general counsel for one of the largest concrete contracting companies in Ohio, handling a broad range of matters including corporate compliance, liens, civil litigation, bonding, succession planning, bank financing, and business collections. James represents homeowner and condominium associations on various issues including corporate compliance and collections. James also handles domestic relations issues arising in divorce and dissolution matters, including the division of marital assets, valuation of businesses, valuation of pension and retirement benefits, spousal support, visitation, and child custody.
