Kevin Randall McMillan

I had hired the firm to represent me and Kevin assured me he would ensure timely, fair ending in relation to my marriage. After a year plus, many trips to the court house with no signs of progress, I was told by a magistrate (after having spent hours and days in the hallway), that if the only thing I... was there to address were attorney fees, then I was wasting my time and money. Kevins face burned red as did mine with anger as that was not one of the seven issues that were to be addressed that day. He apparently had only been going into these sessions with his financial interests at heart. Needless to say, my outcome for divorce was unbelievably one sided, his bill was OVER the triple digit number, and he refused to finish my case and tried to blackmail me to finish. I have since had to hire a new attorney to finish my case and he feels Kevins bill and lack of moral ethics is deplorable. This is my opinion and my experience.
