Biography
When I am asked 'who I work for'? I honestly answer, 'I work for my clients.' I am a career professional with a multitude of experience: I have been a Licensed Attorney since 2003 performing a variety of work in both civil and criminal matters, as well as being a Veteran of the United States Army. Currently my focused area of representation in is with Family Law inclusive of Divorce, Dissolution, post decree matters as well as QDDRO processing, Custody, and Child Support.
Other previous experience consists of criminal defense of adults, Juvenile Court representation of minors, representation of parents in Juvenile Court involving county services, and civil matters including Worker’s Compensation, Wrongful Death.
I also continue to provide services pertaining to Immigration Law with matters involving fiancé and spouse visa’s; adjustment of status; naturalization; work authorizations; representation in removal proceedings; tourist visas; extension of status; victim/witness status.
