Sam Thomas III

I hired Sam Thomas 111 on 21 May 2025 to provide me with for documentation. A Living Will, Power of Attorney for Healthcare, Transfer on Death from my Country and Power of Attorney for Business. I paid him $1000 for this service. I got the first two documents but now he doesn't answer my phone calls ...or text messages. I called my county administrator this morning and they said there is nothing on file hope my house. This lawyer is a scam and everyone should steer clear of him. I will be filing a grievance with the state against him.

I had seen a few commercials on tv for Sam Thomas III. He seemed professional and came across relatively so when we first met. He specializes in bankruptcy filings. I hired Mr Thomas for a family matter ( child support) and I completely wasted $1800.00. He did not return any of my calls, and neve...r filed any of the proper paperwork. After two years of chasing for answers, I contacted child support myself. They informed me to come down and fill out paper work. They informed me that he did nothing for me and that I should contact the BAR association which I did.
