For many years I procrastinated about updating my estate plan, and this was something I found to be very daunting and stress producing. Rebecca was referred to me b...y a friend and one day i decided to give her office a call to schedule and appointment. Immediately, upon placing the call i found her staff to be extremely thoughtful and sensitive to my estate planning goals. After our initial consultation and some subsequent homework assignments I found Rebecca to be extremely prepared for our first official meeting. Rebecca explained to me what I should expect to occur moving forward, and did not hesitate to offer her professional opinion where she felt necessary. Rebecca was able to bring important matters to my attention i never thought to ask, which I found to be extremely valuable. Her number one goal was to to create an estate plan that was in the best interest for me and my family. My final estate planning documents were presented to me in a beautiful easy to read format, which explained every aspect of the estate plan, along with thorough instructions on how to navigate on your own moving forward. Lastly, but most important I have been assured that Rebecca (IBIS) and her staff are just a phone call away which has been already proven. I HIGHLY recommend Rebecca for estate planning needs.

I originally hired Rebecca (Becky) Price to provide legal guidance and leadership with the adoption of my stepdaughter in March of 2020. I was hoping to complete the process by the end of the year, even with a newly discovered pandemic spreading across the country. Becky was very flexible with meet...ings, provided expert guidance, and most importantly is an excellent communicator (with great patience). I am a very driven, goals-oriented customer, and Becky (and her staff) kept up with every one of my requests, questions, and anxieties. The bottom line is this..........Becky was an excellent executioner of my plan to adopt my daughter and she completed the process for us 4 months earlier than we expected. I have also utilized Becky's expertise to create and register wills for my wife and I, as well as the appropriate trusts for our daughter. I would be remise if I did not mention that the support team that works with Becky was incredibly responsive to my questions, requested expectations, and "due dates". My wife and I feel so fortunate to have picked Becky out of the stack of researched lawyers when we needed legal services. Rebecca Price was hired by myself and sister to help us with receiving benefits from an estate of a deceased cousin. Rebecca went above and beyond her job by giving us an explanation of every possible scenario that could arise.
