My case was with a major credit collection agency. At first I thought that I could take the case myself to court, but I can say that it was not the best decision at all. Mr. Fine really believes in the concept of justice for the maligned. A debt collection agency knew they were breaking the law when they served me but still tried to collect on a deceptively high amount. They would not back down but neither did Mr. Fine. He filed suit in federal court and got me the... maximum allowed.

Where other attorneys wouldn't even listen Michael not only listened but had the debt collector settle with me in my case (yes pay me) and drop their suit and erase the debt from my credit report due to all of their mistakes and lack of legitimate back up.
