Biography
Joy B. Savren, Family Law Attorney, Mediator, and Collaborative Attorney is dedcated to assisting clients facing divorce or dissolution, post-divorce or other family law matters through the use of negotiation, communication, mediation and agreement toward a resolution that best benefits all involved and avoids costly litigation.
In private practice sine 1982, with a large portion of her practice in Family Law, she has extensive experience in divorce, dissolution of marriage, child custody issues, shared parenting agreements, visitation agreement, division of assets and all the other associated components of the termination of marriage. She has servied as a Guardian Ad Litem in Domestic Relations Court and Juvenile Court to assure that the best interests of children were addressed. Joy also practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, and civil litigation.
Joy is a certified family law mediator and she recently became certified as a parenting coordinator.

Excellent Work

Excellent work on my divorce
Joy made a very difficult situation seem not as horrible. She protected my interests and insured that I gained custody of the home and the children. In addition, despite the fact that my ex wife refused to work, Joy made sure I paid no child support (my ex has the kids 12 days a month).

Great Attorney

A complete God send...
Joy was a complete God send. I was living in Birmingham Alabama and was looking to move to Cleveland Ohio to be near my young son at the time.
