Steve was amazing! The legal system is unfamiliar territory for me but Steve was great walking me through the process. He explained things every step and what to expect at every juncture. My particular case actually went to trial and through his hard work, the jury returned a verdict in our favor aft...er taking only 45 mins to deliberate! I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I hope I never have to go through this process again but if by some chance I do, Steve Hupp is who I’m going to.

My case was a wrongful death allegation in a morbidly obese patient who presented with chest pain and died of a saddle pulmonary embolism one week after a cath showed a 90% LAD lesion. Mr Hupp knew all the details of the case and all the medicine. He prepared me so well for my cross examination that ...I was very confident despite having almost no courtroom experience. He brought in literally world class medical experts. There were four other defendants in the case and the other attorneys followed Mr Hupp's lead to a unanimous verdict for the defense. His cross examination of the plaintiffs expert witness made a clinical professor of emergency medicine look foolish and insincere to the jury. I hope I never need his professional assistance again, but if I am ever in need of representation in the future I cannot imagine choosing a different attorney. He made the entire process as painless as it could be.
