My case was a wrongful death allegation in a morbidly obese patient who presented with chest pain and died of a saddle pulmonary embolism one week after a cath showed a 90% LAD lesion. Mr Hupp knew all the details of the case and all the medicine. He prepared me so well for my cross examination that I was very confident despite having almost no courtroom experience. He brought in literally world class medical experts. There were four other defendants in the case and the other attorneys followed Mr Hupp's lead to a unanimous verdict for the defense. His cross examination of the plaintiffs expert witness made a clinical professor of emergency medicine look foolish and insincere to the jury. I hope I never need his professional assistance again, but if I am ever in need of representation in the future I cannot imagine choosing a different attorney. He made the entire process as painless as it could be.

Steve is first class. It was my first case and trial and he walked me through every step. I felt I was more prepared by trial time than anyone else in the room. Steve has been around the medical field long enough to have excellent medical knowledge making my case prep and discussions very easy. He has a great combination of medical malpractice experience and passion for his profession. I would highly recommend him and if needed, I would absolutely use him again.

Steve Hupp is an excellent trial lawyer. He took a complex medical malpractice case with a high trial risk and distilled it to a level the jury could understand completely. He brought superb experts to the trial that were able to credibly define standard of care in complex matters and refute plaintiff claims. He knows the law in all its nuances and is aggressively competitive. He expertly out maneuvered plaintiffs attorney's tactics. After a long trial we received a unanimous jury verdict within 50 minutes. I highly recommend Steve Hupp without reservation.
