Matthew Todd Viola

Mr. Viola focuses his practice on business transactions, including serving as outside general counsel to entities and individuals who provide services and products.

Mr. Viola’s practice involves real estate law, including construction, contracting and development.  He has significant experience in projects encompassing the sale, purchase and/or development of commercial/retail, residential, office and industrial properties.  His involvement includes all phases of negotiation, acquisition, construction, financing and disposition.  He has drafted various real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, easements, construction documents (including all AIA forms), homeowner association (HOA) declarations and related documents. Mr. Viola also advises his clients in determining the feasibility of real estate projects, including reviewing construction issues, title commitments, surveys and application of governmental regulations. 

Mr. Viola counsels numerous privately held businesses with regard to everyday matters. For example, he advises businesses on entity selection, buy/sells, vendor contracts, partnerships and joint ventures.
