I came to Joe with a dumpster fire of a case. Joe and his team (Nicole and Kelley) took my case after I LOST my custody trial, when there was no hope, I felt like my entire world was crashing before my very eyes, and no other lawyer would touch my case... Joe Stafford and his team got to work. As... Joe said, his job was to create enough of wedge to open to the door to my case after a magistrate went off the rails and made a very poor judgment in my custody trial. Not only did he create a wedge, he knocked the g-d*mn door down and we WON!! I finally put my faith in the right legal team. Joe and team Won against those guys (not the first time either). Know this, if you want a legal team that is going to fight for you, has a reputation of being ruthless in all the right ways and relentless in their pursuit to leveraging the letter of the law, then stop what you're doing, you found your legal team. I can not sing Joe's praises enough, he saved my life!

After two years of mishandling by other attorneys, my divorce proceedings were a complete mess. Joe agreed to take over my case and settled favorably for my children and I within 5 months. Domestic Relations is a circus ........if you have the money ......Hire Joe .....and pray you pull Loeb .....the only honest and wise person I met in 15 years in DR . Most of the people working in DR should be incarcerated judges, magistrates ect....and these "family courts' will decide your fate. Prepare for the Worst hope for the best .......and hire Joe.
