Joe was a great advocate to have. He will fight for you. My ex husband filed to amend our parenting schedule and child support, two months after our dissolution was finalized. I then met with Joe, he reassured me that he would get the results I was looking for. He was correct, not only did he win the... case, he made it as painless as possible. Litigation is stressful, particularly when it involves one's children, Joe made the process as stress free as possible.

Joe is the best attorney that you could ask for. He has his priorities and values where they should be. Although I did not feel he was fabulous with communicating what was going on, he has a fabulous staff that assisted with that. He is a hard worker and you can guarantee that he is prepared. He read...s people very well and, for me, made other factors in our divorce case the focus so that the case didn't center in on our kids. This allowed the kids to carry on with their lives. I disagree when people say that other lawyers don't like/respect him. I believe they just don't want to go against him! During Joe's time off, another lawyer temporarily assisted me, and my lawyer and the opposing counsel raved about his talents and aptitude. Joe is extremely intelligent and well versed, and not just in the legal system. I would highly recommend Joe.
