I was accused of violating a Title IX sexual harassment policy at a university in Ohio. I was found not responsible and this was all due to Eric. He was able to keep me calm through the entire terrifying process. More than that, he made sure that I was overprepared even when we did not need to prepar...e as much as we did. I appreciated this though because it made me know that we would be prepared during the hearing no matter what happened. He was willing to talk whenever I needed and was only matter of fact with the evidence that was presented both by my accusers and by me. He did a fantastic job and even created a binder that was broken up so that we knew what we needed to look at during the defense. Eric was calm and was willing to fight and ask the tough questions of the university and pushed me to ask the tough questions of my accusers. He created a line of questioning that helped to show the holes in the accuser's complaint. I could not have asked for a better lawyer. I am so grateful for the time and effort that Eric put into my defense to make sure that I was cleared based on the evidence presented. He was honest, protective, and incredibly calming all at the same time. I would highly recommend him if you are in a tough spot.

Eric is a professional through and through. I like meeting face to face with people to make sure they understand what I'm saying and vice versa.
