John Francis Burke III

Mr. John F. Burke III, represented me in a family trust dispute. He asked for a retainer of 2,500.00 and advised me that he would in turn read through the documents and advise me of my choices re- the disputes re- my family trust. I met with him and paid him his requested retainer. He took the doc...uments and never spoke to me again. I called him and he did not pick up. I would email and he would not respond. I eventually had to contact another attorney for help to resolve my matter.

I Hired Mr. Burke to litigate an EXTREMELY challenging case with a very powerful, well none company who had caused me an enormous amount of injustice. I didn't know how this would work out because I was intimated being that this company had a lot of money, and then there was "little ole me" fighting ...them. He constantly kept me updated and informed on everything that was happening and made sure I understood what was being done every step of the way. His fees were more than fair and he made sure I knew upfront what all the charges would be, unlike other attorneys I've dealt with that come up with bogus fees to over charge you. I've called on Mr. Burke for other cases and I will continue to refer him because he's a truly a trusted attorney, especially in these times when many only care about making all the money they can get and disregard you like your too stupid to understand what's going on.
