Mr English settled an accident lawsuit for my late uncle and my mother in March 2021. Today is Jan. 14, 2022. My mother STILL has not received her settlement. Repeated attempts to contact Mr English have been ignored. Today my mother contacted his office again with no satisfactory explanation for the... delay or any satisfaction as to her settlement. This treatment of an elderly client is inexcusable and I will be reporting him to the state bar. Enough is enough.

Im not sure how this firm managed to get a half decent review from somebody, all I can figure is that its someone related. We have had nothing but trouble in every aspect when dealing with EVERYONE at this office. Wendy is absolutely rude, inconsiderate and down right nasty. Brent, well that is if he... ever returns your calls or emails, he is very short and obviously just has better things to do than deal with you. Cases go on for YEARS (literally) when in all actuality they are simple, small detailed situations that should be done in the matter of weeks. You are never updated with anything and don't dare call in for any details because Wendy has no time for you. Voicemails, emails and texts all go ignored. I honestly can not recall one good experience in all the years dealing with this office. If you choose to use this office I suggest you make it worth their while (money wise) because they are above dealing with smaller cases, hopefully you will have better luck when they are getting a significant payout.
