Our experience with attorney was extremely disappointing due to ongoing communication failures, lack of professionalism, and repeated delays. While my son’s father was incarcerated, the attorney did not visit him at the jail, did not keep him informed about his case, and failed to communicate crit...ical developments. We were repeatedly left to learn basic information — including hearing outcomes, future pretrials, and that the case was being set for trial — by checking the court docket ourselves, rather than being informed by counsel. On more than one occasion, the attorney arrived late to scheduled pretrial hearings, causing additional delays. In one instance, the defendant was transported from jail for a pretrial, but counsel did not appear at all, and he was returned to jail without explanation or advocacy. When I contacted the attorney to request basic information, her responses were dismissive and unprofessional, including remarks that made us feel as though asking for updates on an incarcerated family member’s case was an inconvenience. The lack of communication, repeated lateness, and dismissive manner caused unnecessary stress, prolonged uncertainty, and contributed to delays during an already difficult time. Effective, timely, and respectful communication is essential in criminal defense — particularly when a client is incarcerated — and that was not our experience here. I hope this feedback encourages greater accountability and improved communication for future clients and their families.

I was recently a client of Nancy Jamieson. I was facing a possible life sentence, over a lie. When I first found out about the charges, I watched my life pass before my eyes. I even contemplated suicide if I were to be gone the rest of my life. I have a little girl and the thought of not being in ...her life was impossible to even think about. With the circumstances surrounding my past I admit it didn't look good, but this I did not do. I was put on house arrest for a year. When I met Nancy she was a little intimidating. I had already heard a lot of good things about her, but not knowing her I still questioned anyone with my life in there hands. Even though she didn't want me to take it to trial, she rode with me, and never waivered. When trial started She did her dam thing. It was my word against the other persons. Nancy fought my case and held nothing back. She was prepared, on time, and you knew she knew her stuff. She saved my life. out of 12 counts 4 got dismissed and the jury came back with a not guilty verdict. Words will never express the appreciation gratitude and honor I have for Nancy. She saved my life. She stuck by my side and fought my case without holding anything back. She handled the court room like a boss and was able to show the jury it was all lies. Without Nancy my life could be gone today. I am able to continue to raise my daughter, share all the milestones with my fiance. I can enjoy being with my family and moving on with my life. Nancy got me my life back. Hands down there is no other attorney I would recommend. She is more like family now. She is one hell of a woman, and an attorney. Thank you Nancy for saving my life, and bringing me home to my family. You want someone to take your case seriously and fight like hell. She's definitely the lady you want on your team.

I recommend Ms. Jamieson 1,000%. My son was looking at life in prison. My son is in his early 20's, and the circumstances surrounding the case did not look good for my son. But the case he was fighting he definitely didn't do, and it was his word against the other person. Nancy went in that court roo...m and went above and beyond what I expected out of an attorney. She saved my sons life, out of 12 counts, 3 were dismissed, and the other ones came back all not guilty from the jury. Coming from a mother I would trust her with no questions asked, with any one of my kids lives. Now if you want someone who is going to tell you what you want to hear, she is not for you. She is a straight shooter no BS. She tells you exactly how it is whether you like it or not, and does not sugar coat anything. This is what I appreciate about her the most. But when it comes down to fighting for her client. She holds nothing back, and fights like no other attorney I have seen. I suggest you call her she will do her job 1000% if not more. straight up disrespectful and rude. lied to my face telling me i didnt do things when she know dam well i did. she didnt even show up for my court date so they had to rescedule. she said i didnt tell her but she was sposed to be on top of all that as my lawyer and i tried calling tp tell her. blamed ...me for everything. and any time i tried calling her she wouldnt answer. thanks to her served jail time. stay away from this beast
