Wayne Gerald Pearsall

Wayne represented me in my divorce, my bankruptcy and advised me on overdue child support. Each case worked out in my favor, which I completely credit Mr. Pearsall. He represented me with the upmost respect. I would highly recommend Wayne to advise on any legal matter. Later, I realized his fee p...robably did not even completely cover the court costs. Wayne also represented my mother in her divorce as well as advising my son. We all agree, Wayne truly helped each of us and guided us in the right direction in our time of need.

Wayne represented me. I was not able to pay much at that time and that's the service I got. NOT MUCH. It wasn't until I began law school that I realized how ineffective he was. He didn't argue "elements of the crime". The case was attempted theft. At hearing I myself raised the issue of ownership whi...ch had not been established. A second case was burglary. However, one element of burglary is the "intent to commit a second crime". There was no second charge in that case and the owner of the house testified, "I am responsible... I told him to help himself to whatever he wanted." Wayne said we could appeal but then did not file a timely appeal. The mess is still not cleared up.

Mr. Pearsall is one of a kind. His knowledge of the law is second to none. It's his personality that separates him from the rest. He's as down to earth as they get and yet professional when called to duty. He took on my case and although it was not anticipated to continue for almost a year, due to ...dirty antics and such from our opponents. He knocked it out of the park in the last inning. He is the best !
