I have been practicing law in northeast Ohio for over 54 years, primarily in the areas of employment law, including:  wage and hour issues, wrongful discharge, unlawful discrimination, failure to pay for all hours worked, failure to pay overtime for over 40 hours worked each work week, misclassification as supervisor or team leader as part of management when no real management authority or discretion given to hire or fire employees, or to make or enforce  policies, including decisions to assign, pay or discipline employees; and sexual harassment of employees, all in order to avoid having to pay for overtime hours worked.

I also prepare Last Wills & Testaments, probate Wills and administer estates (both where there is a Will and no Will), handle guardianships, contest Wills, and other probate related matters.

In addition, I represent both purchasers and sellers of residential real estate, including preparation of all documents related to sales and purchases of residences, including mortgages, leases, promisory notes, and release of lean documents.
