"When your invention is worth more than $300 and 2 hours of your time, then feel free to contact me"

After asking what my $300 would get me, the response I got was very unprofessional and reiterated the reviews already found on here. To tell someone you don't even know to come back to you when you think your idea is worth over $300 is an insult. Who would trust an attorney who makes such a horrible ...first impression? I'm sorry, my $300 is worth about $300 more than I would pay you, so take your cute little practice and that lovely "I'm a pharmacist and and lawyer" think I'm larger than life attitude back to your office and enjoy NOT making money. Everyone, I recommend staying away and finding someone who cares. It's always better to do business with a guy who doesn't mind spending some time with you.

Replied last September 12, 2015

This college student seeking a legal opinion via e-mail was disappointed. He sent the firm an email and asked for free legal advice. The firm did no legal work for him. He was advised to call the firm to discuss his matter and did not do so.

Reciprocal - Discipline issued in OH, 2010

updated on 07/17/2011

James’s comment:

“This was based on a single allegation of disorderly conduct - nothing to do with the practice of law. Use extreme caution when viewing Avvo. Avvo lies. Lawyers do NOT provide free legal advice here. Avvo has a "rating system" like Google in the same way that I play basketball like Michael Jordan. Avvo's rating system is deceptive to consumers.”

Reciprocal - Discipline issued in DC, 2009

updated on 08/02/2016

This means that the attorney's misconduct in another state, or jurisdiction, also violated the rules for practicing law in District of Columbia Bar.
