Terrible Attorney. Period. He will take your money and run. He does not return phone calls, he does not answer emails, he doesn't know ANYTHING about family law, child support, or custody. He is a terrible terrible terrible lawyer. Do not trust him with your money or your family rights. He pretty... much knows squat. I would have done better representing myself.

Hired Mark Davis because he called himself an "aggressive" lawyer and he was confident he could win our case. What I got was someone so narcissistic, self-center and incompetent that we almost ended up losing our case because he was so busy attempting to run for judge at the time. Perhaps had he ta...ken a few minutes to jump off his I-phone and actually do work, we would have gotten somewhere, but even that is giving him more of a benefit that he deserves. He did nothing the way we asked, pissed off my husband's ex to the point where she was ready for a showdown in the parking lot outside the courthouse (part her crazy but a LARGE part him changing the wording of our paperwork we filed), and came up with some pretty interesting charges given the amount of work her CLEARLY did not put into our case. After we came to our senses and fired him we ended taking him to mediation to get our money back (...side note: ended up winning our judgement WITHOUT him), and his true colors shone right through. "Bumbling Idiot" would be a nice assessment of what he brought to the table, he kept answer the mediation board's questions as, 'uhhhh, ummmmm, I don't recall' and 'ummmm, well, I'm not sure'. They even called him out on the fact that he CHARGES for consultations, his answer, 'I spend a lot of money on advertising'. So there you have it folk! If you want an idiot that anyone can recognize and you have an abhorrent amount of money (and time) you'd like to waste by all means hire Mark Davis, but most definitely don't expect to win your case!
