Matthew Bolling Bryant / Chapter 13 Plan

We hired Mathew Bryant to litigate a successful chapter 13 plan in the Northern District Bankruptcy Court. Our chapter 13 plan was more complicated then most, and Matt did a great job getting us through the many hurdles. He is very knowledgeable in Bankruptcy law and procedure and never missed o...ne deadline or date with the court, creditors, or the trustee. Matt had a number of objections to what creditors tried to claim and we won every objection, ( although Matt reminded us that that is not always the case). We are very happy with the chapter 13 plan Matt and his team developed and got approved through the court. We feel he is an excellent attorney and very competent, as was his firm in dealing with our many tax issues. We would recommend Mathew Bolling Bryant and his firm to anyone needing a bankruptcy attorney, especially if you have a complicated case like we had !

very satisfied

I had a complicated bankruptcy case involving back taxes and liens. Matthew was very competent, knowledgeable, and confident in his representation, and the handling of my case. I would definitely recommend him!
