Dan did a excellent job for me and I received more then I expected due to his negotiation skills and by looking at all of the facts and numbers, And as my wife's attorney left in the middle of the divorce and caused a lot of lost time between the start and end of my divorce he was very good at keepin...g me Informed and what to expect, Dan did a great job at the deposition and uncovered a lot of assets that were being hid. I would recommend Dan to others that find themselves in problems, and also Dan went above and beyond with me as I have breathing issues and he drove me to the front door for our Deposition meeting and also back to my car when we were done. Very kind. Divorce was done at a very fair price, So five stars all the way.

Mr. Sczesny represented me in a child custody case in order to obtain visitation rights to see my son. His experience and expertise helped me understand what my rights are as a father and what type of expectations may be asked of me. He helped me in coming up with realistic expectations and advised... me on when I should or should not push on things my son's mother and I could not agree on. I am very thankful that I contacted him for help and very pleased with both his professionalism and knowledge.

Dan helped me through the entire dissolution process and truly had my best interest in mind. From the first meeting, throughout the entire process he was helpful and most of all available when needed. Whether it was phone call, email, or text message Dan always got back to me promptly. A great exam...ple of his attention to his clients was when I had written a check to the courts for the wrong amount, Dan out of his own pocket paid the difference for me so that the process would continue and not be held up, when he could of simply not submitted the paperwork until I had the proper payment. I personally believe that my situation turned out the best it could have due to Dan's attention to detail and willingness to help in any way possible. From the first meeting until the final hearing I had zero issues or curveballs thrown at me. Dissolutions and divorces can be a tough thing to go through but I always felt that he was in this with me and made what can be a bad situation one that was pain free.
