Daniel James Sczesny

Daniel Sczesny is an incredible lawyer! I really can't say enough good things about him! He was able to guide me through my divorce and custody case quickly and smoothly. He explains things when necessary and is excellent about communication. It was easy to contact him via email, text, or phone call ...throughout the case. He gets back to you quickly. He is incredibly efficient. He keeps you aware of the status of your case and communicates probable expectations concerning your case. I was so nervous to go to court for the divorce, but he was down to Earth and put me at ease before the trial. He was also respectful towards my ex-husband during the course of the divorce, which I greatly believe allowed us to keep things civil and also helped us to maintain a civil relationship to provide more normalcy for our two sons. My ex-husband's lawyer was incredibly rude and unprofessional (e.g. booking numerous clients per court date then filing continuance upon continuance without even consulting my ex-husband) to the point where my ex-husband said he wished he could just fire his lawyer and represent himself in the divorce. He said he trusted Dan to be fair since Dan cares about his clients. He looks out for everyone's best interest, especially when children are involved. I was able to get divorced in under 5 months after nearly 6 years of marriage and 2 young children. I am so thankful that Dan was incredibly efficient and realistic during this divorce because it didn't drag out and put the children through any undue stress. I hope I don't need a lawyer in the future, but if I do, I will definitely be contacting Dan or his associates. I was HIGHLY impressed with Dan and his law firm.
