Dan, went in and did his Job! That is why he is a successful Lawyer! He does not play games! He accomplished in 3 months what my previous Lawyer failed to do in 1 1/2 Years! If only i would of known about Mr. Sczesny sooner!! ( I would not of been out the Thousends of Dollers I wasted on my previous ...Lawyer ) Dan was very easy to reach. Dan was great throughout the entire ordeal of my custody case. He clearly explained everything from the first phone call and meeting, with a no nonsense approach. His outline of the costs involved, the time it would take were very accurate. He took time to call me, email, made himself very available ...any time I had questions. I was not a high dollar client by any means, but he made me feel like I was his only client, very professional and responsive. He did not draw things out or give any unrealistic expectations to me as a father to try to rack up billable hours. He calmly explained the realities of the situation, made it so that all parties involved had my son's best interests at heart. We did not have to goto trial, and got everything resolved with me legally getting more time with my son. I hope I never need him again, but if I do, I will be calling.
