Great Divorce Lawyer

Dan was a great attorney for my divorce. I lived out of state and he handled everything all the way through the final court hearing. All in all, I would recommend him.

Great at what he does.

Dan helped me out through two custody cases both related to the same issue. He gave me great but realistic advice on what to expect and what strategy would be best for me going forward. He helped draft a excellent shared parenting plan with the best interest of my son in mind and was also great in ...trial getting me much more than I expected. I have, and will continue to recommend Dan to anyone that asks.

Divorce

Attorney Sczesny handled my case very well. He took over a previous attorney's job of finishing the fine points to my divorce pertaining to QDRO. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. He knows the Ohio divorce laws and completed my divorce with exceptional results.

Diligent, Honest and Professional

From the initial consultation to the conclusion of my divorce case one year later, I have had nothing but complete confidence in the counsel and representation provided by Dan. He was always prompt to return calls and messages and constantly made sure I was aware of the progress of my case. Divorce... can take a toll, but having someone you trust looking out for and defending your best interests alleviates some of that pressure. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, your first and only call should be to Dan.

My Divorce

Dan did a excellent job for me and I received more then I expected due to his negotiation skills and by looking at all of the facts and numbers, And as my wife's attorney left in the middle of the divorce and caused a lot of lost time between the start and end of my divorce he was very good at keepin...g me Informed and what to expect, Dan did a great job at the deposition and uncovered a lot of assets that were being hid. I would recommend Dan to others that find themselves in problems, and also Dan went above and beyond with me as I have breathing issues and he drove me to the front door for our Deposition meeting and also back to my car when we were done. Very kind. Divorce was done at a very fair price, So five stars all the way.
