Divorce is a process, and it's no fun for anybody involved. I was unfortunate enough to have a very complicated case that took about 17 months to finalize... including child custody, finances, counsel changes on my ex's side and several motions and orders that just took time. However, Dan was able ...to walk me through step by step while explaining what was happening at the moment and what was likely to happen next (and he was pretty much always spot on). This allowed me to let a lot of the emotion go so that I was able to see things clearly and just work to get the right things done. Dan prepped me for what was coming, was able to tell me what I needed to do on my side to get ready, and was able to take the information provided and apply it appropriately. Through Dan I feel like I was able to find a voice and to fight for a fair resolution - which was very far from where we started. For that, I am grateful. From what I saw, he is very well respected in the legal community and am I glad that he was on my side. Finally, just to share how I found Dan -- he was recommended to me by a friend who sat across the table from him during her dissolution/divorce. To me, that recommendation spoke volumes about his work ethic and effectiveness. I can say it certainly held true.
