Biography
I have practiced plaintiff's personal injury law in the Toledo, Ohio for over 40 years. I'm licensed in Ohio, Michigan and Florida. We handle PERSONAL INJURY claims including AUTO (truck and motorcycle) ACCIDENTS, WRONGFUL DEATH, MEDICAL/NURSING HOME MALPRACTICE and other areas where are clients are injured through the fault of others.
We charge a contingent fee for almost all client services, which means that we you do not pay any attorney fee unless we make a recovery for you.
Our firm prides itself in its committment to personal service. Attorneys speak to potential cleints on the phone and in person when evaluating a case--we do not contract that our or have you speak to a legal assistant or intake specialist.
During the Covid-19 pandemic we have become very proficient in meeting with clients by Zoom or phone when personal visits have been impossible.
It is my passion to fight for my clents' rights and I'm always happy to see what I can do to help a new or old client.
