Biography
Matt joined RCMTZ in March of 2014 and primarily practices within the business and estate planning areas of law. Through his business practice, Matt provides counsel concerning entity formation, employment disputes, regulatory compliance, contract formation and negotiation, and offers his services as general counsel to businesses of all sizes. Due to Matt’s experience and ability to engage in commercial/business litigation, he is able to provide a forward-thinking perspective to not only plan for his business clients’ future, but also to appropriately remedy any immediate need they may encounter.

Delivering optimal results
