Matthew Robert Persinger

Matt joined RCMTZ in March of 2014 and primarily practices within the business and estate planning areas of law. Through his business practice, Matt provides counsel concerning entity formation, employment disputes, regulatory compliance, contract formation and negotiation, and offers his services as general counsel to businesses of all sizes. Due to Matt’s experience and ability to engage in commercial/business litigation, he is able to provide a forward-thinking perspective to not only plan for his business clients’ future, but also to appropriately remedy any immediate need they may encounter. In addition to his business practice, Matt also assists individuals with their estate planning needs. His experience includes providing clients with basic estate plans including wills/healthcare directives/powers of attorney, to more complex management plans concerning trust creation and amendment.
