Awesome in every way

Marilyn and her team did an amazing job for me. This was my first time needing an attorney and I immediately could tell that Marilyn took my case seriously. She listened, gave honest advice, her communication was timely and always let me know what to expect as far as next steps. I always felt she was... fighting for me and during my 2 year long case, she has as much enthusiasm on day one as she did when the case finally wrapped up. She is the best!

Awesome Representative

After being represented by an attorney who did not care about me or the outcome of my case I was referred to Marilyn. Although the outcome of my case remains unresolved and uncertain at this time, I know that Marilyn will do everything possible to see it through and to get me the justice that was s...quandered by my last representative. Marilyn shows genuine interest in my case and I completely trust her as we move forward to what I know will be a positive outcome. I HIGHLY recommend Marilyn and her firm to anyone that seeks justice. She's awesome!!

Great Labor Attorney

I believe that Marilyn's first ever arbitration was for me and my local union (Steelworkers LU 87), in the late 90"s. Marilyn kicked their.... butt! We won a six figure settlement. She is a person of the highest caliber and I strongly recommend her services.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
