Biography
Robert P. Soto is a lifelong resident of the Toledo area. Robert attended the University of Toledo graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2006. Robert then graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2009. Thereafter, he was admitted the Ohio Bar in 2009, the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio in 2010, and the U.S.D.C. of Eastern Michigan in 2013.
Robert’s primary focus has been providing advice and representation in the areas of bankruptcy; social security disability, marital and family law; criminal defense; juvenile law; insurance defense; probate law; and estate planning. Robert has experience practicing before various administrative agencies, trial courts and courts of appeal.

Never hear anything back
I met in October to have my Living Will, Health Care POA, Last Will & Testament and Financial POA created. I received a draft on 12/22 and responded with minor corrections. I’ve heard nothing since - today is 2/28/2024.

Terrible
Ghosted me after receiving a retainer. Refuses to answer phone calls, voicemails, or emails. My new lawyer said it’s common for him to do that. Wont return calls or emails to my new lawyer either. Shouldn’t be an attorney.
