Biography
The Kerscher Law Group was formed by attorney Jeffrey M. Kerscher, who has been representing clients for over 30 years in numerous practice areas. The Kerscher Law Group also collaborates with a hand-picked group of attorneys in order to efficiently deliver an even wider range of legal services to our clients.
Jeff has served the community in the Toledo, Ohio area, and legal profession on various commissions and committees, including 10 years on the certified Grievance Committee of the Toledo Bar Association and over 20 years on the Lucas County Public Defender Commission. Mr. Kerscher has also taught various legal seminars to other lawyers about business contracts as well as strategies and techniques for commercial debt collection.
Jeff was born and raised in northwest Ohio and is married with six children and stepchildren. He is also experienced in the music business as a production consultant, songwriter and author. He was most recently a music director and composer for an Emmy award-winning television show on PBS.
