I have been in private practice for over 40 years on an uninterrupted basis. I am a partner in the law firm of Wasserman, Bryan, Landry & Honold, LLP and have been a partner in that firm since 1978. I am licensed to practice in Ohio and in all federal courts in Ohio as well as before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. I hold a peer review rating of AV from Martindale Hubbel (Lexis) which is the highest possible rating for legal ability and ethics. I am a past president of the Lucas County Bar Association and a past chairman of the Toledo Bar Association's labor and employment law committee. I am a member of the Toledo, Lucas County, and Ohio State Bar Associations. I am also a member of the Ohio Employment Lawyers Association and the Wood County Bar Association. In 2018-2019, I served as Chair of the Federal Court Committee for the Toledo Bar Association. On November 12, 2019, I participated as a panelist for the Toledo Bar Association's sponsored seminar entitled "Drafting and Enforcing Employment-Related Agreements." I maintain an active practice in all aspects of the employment law field and additionally handle domestic relations matters.
