When going through a complicated (aren't they all) divorce, the last thing anyone needs is an attorney that doesn't meet their expectations. There are so many emotions when going through such a difficult period in life, that thinking clearly doesn't always come easy. Brian exceeded my expectations!... Having five children, communicating by phone wasn't always ideal. If I had a question, I could email him and guarantee a response that day. In an instant gratification world, that was extremely important to me! Brian always had my best interest in mind and would inform me of obstacles that I couldn't see, simply because of it being an emotional time. He is trustworthy, efficient, and honorable. Brian was there for me when I needed him. In going through my divorce, I chose to not deal directly with my ex and he was excellent about working through the oppossing attorney and "battling" with my ex for information and trying to do what was in my best interest. When I had questions, he was ve...ry quick to respond with answers and if he didn't know something he wasn't afraid to admit that he didn't know, but always did his homework to find out and get to the bottom of things for both of us. For that, I greatly respect him and his character.
