His lawyer here is your typical public defender. The state will pay him $80 an hour to go in there and push it as far and as fast as possible. Not only will he lie to his client, he will omit just about everything just to get a plea bargain in order. But this case here he pretty much is under the win...g of misconduct. He literally got me a bench trial when we wanted a jury trial knowing that he had to do it within 10 days and he didn't say a word. He is just possibly the worst lawyer in Bryan, Ohio. So don't hire this fool and trust me I am not the only one to say this. He has a reputation right along this line

If I could put a 0 star I would. Would not recommend for any case. Staff not competent at helping run the office or keeping anything organized. Never on time. Never returns calls or emails but charges you for each one. Timid, passive behavior which is the complete opposite of what you are looking for... in a lawyer.
