I highly recommend Jacob Estes , I had 3 felonies in Montgomery county that I wanted to have sealed, I hired Me. Estes for the said service, his rates are affordable, and the service he provided was awesome, stayed in touch with me all the way through, he also was willing to travel out of county, Mr.... Estes also was willing to challenge the judge when the judge was planning on denying me, he also was willing to school the judge on the requirements and the law on record sealing, the judge was not very familiar with the law or statute and my attorney was willing to challenge him, by time Jacob was done my 3 felonies where sealed and the judge was educated! Great service, great prices, great results!

I know attorneys. Been there, Done that. Jacob is an amazing man and just as impressive of an attorney. I wish I knew him years ago but no one can change the past. He's a fighter and he is also respectable. No worries he's gonna be too "Hollywood" for your case. And no worries he's a local pushover ...making deals on the side apart from your case. Jacob has integrity. He is a family man. He understands sometimes people in the right don't get treated right. He's seen and understood that life isn't all rainbows and unicorns. And he's fair. You won't catch him padding his bills.i don't know his upbringing. But he seems to come from a working class background. Sure, getting that attorney bill is always discouraging, but knowing you are being truly and fairly represented is comforting. I'd give him more than 5 stars if I could. And to be completely honest, my case wasn't decided exactly how I wished it would have been...still I'm more than satisfied with Jacob's performance.

I had absolutely no experience with attorneys and chose Jacob solely based on one recommendation. I was being charged with contempt and I was an anxious mess. Upon entering his office, I was instantly put at ease. He was professional while still being sensitive to my concerns. I felt that he was comp...letely honest with me and didn't just try to tell me what I wanted to hear. The case was drug out longer than expected and it caused a financial bind for me. Jacob agreed to accept payments so I wouldn't be under excessive financial stress. He was a complete contradiction of what I had envisioned a lawyer to be. He passionately fought for me while being sympathetic to my situation. He was not only an excellent attorney, but I also believe he is genuinely a good person as well.

My son stole some liquor from a bar at a hotel. The manager saw him and call the police and he was arrested. My son fully admitted to the officer that he had done it as well. He was bailed out and ask for time to get council. I hired a different attorney, thinking he was going to help us, which he ...didn't. We ask him if my son needed to be at the court date, I started a week prior to the court date to get this answer and we did not. On the day of, he said no worries I will handle. Needless to say an arrest warrant was put out and the original attorney's files ended up in Ohio supreme court. I received a letter from the supreme court, which is when we realized my son had an arrest out for him. Now we have no attorney, so I got Jacob Estes name from an attorney in Indiana and I hired him. Now my son has the original arrest for the stolen liquor and now he has a warrant because he is in contempt. Needless to say my son could have received at least 60 days in jail and a fine up to $1000.00 plus the contempt charge. Jacob Estes was very professional and my son has learned one thing if you have a court date show up and that is all the first attorney needed to say but didn't. Jacob was able to get no jail time and a $500.00 fine and the contempt dropped. we did have to go back to Ohio twice because, the judge rearrested my son for the contempt charge, but I bailed him out the same day. Now if my son gets in no trouble for three years Jacob will also be able to get the file sealed at that time. Jacob was up front on what to expect and what could and could not happen I would use him again if needed. He pulls no punches, but tell him everything don't leave anything out it makes he job easier and he can do you a better service. I would highly recommend Jacob Estes.

Absolutely the best! A man of integrity, very knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. Jacob handled a contract dispute that looked hopeless by leading all parties and an opposing lawyer to do the right thing; avoided expensive litigation.
