    Mediation is an alternative to filing a lawsuit, thus it is referred to as a form of alternative dispute resolution. A mediator helps the parties discuss the issues and their interests. The mediator ultimately helps the parties come to an agreement that settles the dispute without having to undergo the expense of litigating in court.

Not Just a Lawyer-A REAL Person
I hired Matt September 15, 2021 to help me through my divorce. I was a train wreck and had no clue where to even begin. Matt was so sweet and friendly and funny. I spoke with him like I was talking to a friend, he was that easy to get along with. He really eased a lot of my concerns and prepared me for the next steps in the divorce process. In the next few months, Matt kept me updated on things, informed me of what the other lawyer was doing, and when I fell apart with emotions, he was quick to give me a tissue and say something to make me laugh. Unfortunately, before my divorce was finalized, my husband took his life. It was then that I saw what kind of man Matt truly was. He handled the situation as smoothly as possible, recommended and helped set me up with an estate lawyer. He made the transition as best as I feel it could be, given the circumstances. What really surprised me was last week, I received a phone call from Matt. It had been four months since my husband's death. He did not want a thing, but to check on me and my kids and ask how things were going. I don't know of many people that have a story or experience like that with their lawyer. He showed me that people really do care and that some lawyers are really interested in not only helping people legally, but ensuring that they are okay after the legal process is over. I would recommend Matt Langhals all day long!

No drama. Professional and positive.
Actually typing "divorce lawyer in Marysville, OH" into the Google search bar feels like yet another trauma in a string of painful events. This review is so true! When you don't know where to turn, or which direction to go, it's important to find someone who can guide you. If my engine light comes on in my car, I'm not going to know what to do. Why? Because I'm not a mechanic. So, it makes sense for me to take my car to a trustworthy mechanic for help. Honest objective advice
Matt was exactly the person we needed to help through our Family law situation. We had spoken to many other attorney's and couldn't find one that we felt like we could trust. From the start, we knew Matt was different. He possesses a confidence and compassion about him where he's able to put himself in your shoes and provide objective and honest feedback to help you know how others have handled the situation and likely what the court's interpretations of the case could be. Brent is 100% correct. Whether you hire me or another attorney, make sure the attorney you choose is one you can work with because the two of you are going to be a team for several months. I wish I could have hired him!
I contacted Matt about my upcoming divorce and he was more than willing to answer any questions I had prior to a phone consultation. I was unable to hire him due to location differences, but if he practiced in my residing county, I would have definitely hired him. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. I have a difficult situation to handle, and Matt was able to give me confidence and make me feel at ease about what to look forward to. I feel like I'm missing out on an excellent attorney. Amazing Adoption Attorney
It was an absolute joy to work with Matthew. We hired him to complete the adoption of our two children, and he met our needs with grace, compassion, and an absolute willingness to meet our needs. Adoptions, especially ours, can be high anxiety. Though there are always unknowns, Matthew knew how to make us feel at ease. Our questions never went unanswered, and we even had fun and laughed in the process. Should we need him for any future adoption that we may have, there is no doubt in my mind that we will retain his services!

Questions answered from my phone
I had about 4 questions regarding a possible divorce and realistically expected having to make an appointment and drop $100 for my initial consultation. I was pleasantly surprised when Matt answered all my questions over the phone in an easy to understand manner. He took at least 15 minutes of his time and Im certain he would have gave more if I had more questions. Needless to say he easily answered my questions as well. I will certainly hire Matt when I need a lawyer . Lawyers would not get the bad stereo type if they were all like Matt. Thanks !
