Haley Nicole McDaniel

I bring a passion for family law to McDaniel Law Group, and knew from my law school days that it was the only area of law in which I wanted to make a career. As a Columbus Family and Adoption Law attorney, I represent clients in a wide range of matters, including divorce, dissolution, child custody, grandparent visitation, prenuptial agreements, civil stalking/civil protection orders and all forms of adoption. I am also a certified Guardian ad Litem on the Franklin County Domestic, and Juvenile Abuse, Neglect, Dependency lists.

I received my Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School and my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Ohio State University. While in law school I received the Cali Award (recognizing the highest final grade in the class) for my academic achievement in Mediation. I was a Capital University Law School Moot Court Competitor during my second and third year of law school. I competed in Buffalo and Brooklyn, New York. I am now a Coach for Capital University Law School's Moot Court Program. 

I was born and raised in Ohio and I enjoy cycling, watching college sports, and spending time with my husband, Bryce and two dogs, River and Kava.
