Biography
I have broad experience with Workers' Compensation issues, handling cases at every level of a workers' compensation case, including but not limited to, administrative hearings and courts all over Ohio, including the Tenth District Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Ohio.
I have handled workers' compensation matters for large retailers, construction companies, manufacturers, and small businesses, as well as, served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Workers Compensation section of the Ohio Attorney General's Office. While serving as an Assistant Attorney General, I provided legal representation for the Bureau of Worker's Compensation and the Industrial Commission.
