Samuel Evert Endicott

Sam Endicott represents and counsels employers on employment matters and defends against claims of discrimination and harassment as well as claims of wrongful termination and retaliation. Sam also has experience litigating cases involving trade secret misappropriation and breaches of noncompetition agreements. In the class action context, Sam has defended employers in litigation involving wage and hour claims and alleged violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Additionally, Sam provides advice and counsel to employers on all areas of employment law, including personnel policies, wage and hour compliance, classification of exempt status, employee discipline, internal investigations, and litigation avoidance strategies.
