Mr. Collins completed his undergraduate degree at Ohio University and received his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 1973. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Collins was an officer in the Ohio National Guard, was an Administrative Assistant to United States Congressman Clarence Miller, and served a term as a board member on the ADAMH Board of Franklin County.
Mr. Collins is licensed to practice in Ohio and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Collins is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Franklin County Trial Lawyers Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and Columbus Bar Association.
Mr. Collins enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, hiking, traveling, automobile racing, playing competitive ice hockey, and reading.
