An absolute nightmare

Paul Panico is a brutally terrible lawyer who failed to secure a simple visitation agreement for me in FIVE YEARS. He never sent me even the most basic documentation regarding my case, and was insensitive enough to often cut our calls short because he had to "pick up (his) kids from hockey practice...." Hey, genius, you're supposedly representing me in a child-visitation dispute. Try to use a little sense. I'm absolutely shocked that other reviewers here claim to have had good experiences with him, and I highly suspect that sock-puppetry is afoot. If Paul is reading this right now, I know for a fact that he's looking up what that terms means. Stay away from this terrible and lazy lawyer or regret it forever. You've been warned.

John, Your review is not accurate nor is it fair. This office has not represented you in nearly four years. But to be clear, contrary to your review, you were very properly and competently represented. The reviewing website does not investigate; it just permits negative posts without looking into the actual facts. For instance, you know there absolutely was an order for parenting time in your case. Unfortunately, because Attorneys are limited in their ability to comment, we cannot reveal the facts which would undoubtedly refute this type of negative review. I am therefore not at liberty to respond as I would like to or as would be justified. Attorneys representing clients in domestic relations disputes are frequently blamed for outcomes which have nothing to do with the quality of representation, but instead are based on legal principles, personalities, and fact patterns created by the parties involved. Your attack on this office is unjustified. We had nothing to do with any decisions you made long after we were no longer involved in your case. Despite your negative review, we wish you well and hope you can find peace with the decisions you have made.

Custody case

Hello my name is Chris. I would just like to share my recent experience with Paul Pinicole and his law firm. He’s helped me out a lot through my custody battle for my kids. My kids was in a not so good situation in life. With Paul’s legal assistance I literally had temporary custody of my kids withi...n a couple weeks of Paul filling our paper work. Paul always called, emailed, and assisted me at anytime during it all. Making sure everything was going ok. I’ve heard friends talk bout there custody cases lasting for year or more. I’m happy Paul got mine settled in under a year!! I would, and have recommended Paul to any of my friends and family. With all his experience it really helped and I’m glad he handled my case.

PAUL DID A GREAT JOB FOR ME

Paul represented me in a Divorce and Custody case which lasted over 2 years, due to my ex-wife constantly refusing to settle. The case finally went to trial. Paul did a great job for me and I was very happy with the results of my case. I don't usually write reviews, but I stumbled across this sit...e and I just had to put my 2 cents in. Paul and his staff were really understanding of my situation and did a great job putting my case together for me. I feel like many other attorneys would have given up because my ex-wife and her lawyer were really hard to deal with. But Paul hung in there for me and talked me off a ledge several times. My case involved custody and a pretty complicated financial situation. I ended up feeling like I could get on with my life and a great resolution all the way around.

Saved the Family's hart while doing what needed to be done.

Paul represented me in my divorce. To say that I was very frightened of what might happen was an understatement. As a background, I own a business employing 25+, so I felt I had a lot to lose. More importantly, I have two wonderful children. Fast forward, Paul and his staff took care of me while no...t vilifying my wife, which was also important . I have to say, financially what happened hurt like heck, but it was fare. I get to be with my children regularly. All-in-all, Paul and his staff brought to together the right resources to help me get through a very turbulent time. I recommend his office very highly. Being Prepared & Peace of Mind is Worth Paul's Services

Great Attorney

Paul Panico represented me in a child custody case involving my granddaughter for 21 months. I chose him after our initial consultation because he was attentive, compassionate, forthright, professional and respectful. Paul did not try to sugarcoat my situation, explained things in a simple manner, ma...de no unrealistic promises, and valued my opinion. The only promise Paul made to me was that he would represent me to the best of his abilities. He kept me informed every step of the way, delivered on his promise and met my expectations. Without hesitation, I would hire him again if the need arises.
