Attorney Paul Leithart has been for me the most competent attorney that I have ever worked with. His knowledge of the law amazes me, and yet he is a very humble person.
My experience in lawsuits/disputes, including arbitration, involves the following: business disputes, real estate, insurance, collection matters, bankruptcy litigation, eviction cases, personal injury, receivership matters and other areas that involve legal disputes that are filed in court or resolved through arbitration. My experience includes the representation of both Plaintiffs and Defendants. I represent individuals, small companies and large corporations.
I represent clients in real estate transactions and also in real estate litigation. I own a small real estate company and therefore understand the legal and practical issues involved in real estate. My transactional experience includes commercial and residential matters. My litigation experience includes eviction cases, foreclosures and fraud cases.
Our office has a strong practice in the area of probate law. I represent clients with respect to their estate planning needs, usually involving a will, health care directives, and often the preparation and implementation of a trust agreement. with respect to the administration of a decedent's estate, I work closely with our law firm paralegal to administer both large and small estates in an efficient manner.
The main focus of my practice is litigation, primarily in the areas of business disputes, real estate, insurance and personal injury, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Litigation can be time consuming, expensive and emotionally draining. I therefore continually analyze the costs and benefits of filing a lawsuit and pursuing the case. The most successful outcomes occur when the case is pursued with the expectation that a trial will occur. If the case does not settle, then we are ready for trial.
I also have an active practice in real estate, both residential and commercial, involving sales/purchases, refinance, landlord-tenant and leases. I am the managing member of a small family owned real estate business and use my personal experience to represent my clients.
Our law firm also has represents businesses and individuals who are experiencing financial hardship including in bankruptcy and receivership matters.
I also have an active practice in probate law and estate planning, including Wills, Trusts, and lawsuits arising in Probate Court.
Truly cares about the people he is working with
Very prompt and does an excellent job
Able to explain things in a manner that I could understand

Excellent and Knowledgeable Legal Council
We have used Paul Leithart for our legal council for at least 20 years. Mr. Leithart has been an excellent lawyer for our company representing us in a variety of matters. He has shown versitility, honesty, reliability and has shown the ability to be knowledgeable on the subjects at hand after detailed research he has provided. When looking for a lawyer one must be able to depend on expert advise to be able to make the proper decisions involving our business cases and Paul has provided that at the highest level. To put it simply he has proven to be a champion in our corner in all legal matters and we would highly recommend his services in any and all legal arenas.
