For simple cases
I would hire her for simple cases but for complex ones, she wasn’t the best representing me. However, she is indeed very knowledgeable
I'm sorry that you feel this way about more complex matters, and while your anonymous posting makes it impossible to determine your identity with certainty, I have an idea. As such, I believe that there was a significant change in the route you chose to go with your case, on several instances, that was only communicated to me later on, thereby making it extremely difficult, if not next to impossible, to litigate your case to your satisfaction. From my recollection, you went back and forth between wanting to heavily litigate your case to wanting to save time/money and attempt to settle; the two simply cannot go hand in hand. Further, given our two opposing views of the case, we chose to amicably go our separate ways. I hope you were able to resolve your case to your satisfaction.

Professional and Knowlegeable
Ms. Askins was patient enough to explain in detail the process and expectations of my case. My particular case was one that was thrown into my lap. She was able to drop everthing to be at my side with less than 24 hours notice! Her fees are clear cut and reasonable. In addition, she doesn't overprice...
