Linda was excellent for my divorce. She was concise and specific and we had no trouble finding a quick and satisfying resolution to this. I was not billed excessively and she was aware of my budget constraints. it was quick, painless and they were friendly and empathetic. I'm very glad I hired Li...nda and would highly recommend her.

I hired Linda Miller to represent me in my divorce in late September and fired her two months later. My husband and were ready to discuss the numbers and come to an agreement (dissolution) as soon as possible. Linda flat out refused to discuss the numbers with me during two meetings because, "we we...ren't there yet", according to her. Instead we spent a few hours going over each piece of paper submitted by my husband to make sure that he had sent everything we requested, even though Linda's assistant had already done this. So, I'm being billed not only for the assistant's time but also for Linda's time as she's checking items off a checklist and refusing to talk about the important stuff. It was ridiculous. Anyways, after two months and $1500, absolutely nothing had been done, so I fired her. Now, she's billing me for an additional $1,900 for supposedly reading emails and preparing for a meeting we never had. She's also not responding to any of my requests for more information about the charges on the final invoice. If you have a ton of money and time to blow, you'll be very happy you chose Linda Miller.
