She won't fight for you when uncredentialed social workers are stating claims about you when they don't have any certification or licensure to state such claims. She won't advise you on what documents you should get from credentialed professionals that do have licensure to state claims about you and your child. She won't file motions for such things as mental health counseling for your child when CPS grossly neglects this duty to the child for the purpose of prolonging a CPS case for a least 18 months. She knows that without the counseling piece, the case must go on and on. She will advise you to give your side of the story verbally in court with no exhibits. She knows that the magistrate or judge will not listen to you, because all parents are pathological liars and need their kids removed and adopted out so that CPS and the city acquire more funding from the Health and Human Services.
