I was referred to Rourke & Blumenthal when my son needed representation in a personal injury. Jonathan was the recommended attorney based on the details. The issue was a little complicated at the beginning, because my son had started a case with another law firm, but that attorney had a sudden death.... From the very first time we consulted with Jon, we immediately felt at ease. He was calm, compassionate and positive about our case potential. He really listened to my son and talked to him in a way he could understand. He made us feel confident about his competence, and we retained his services. Over the following several months, Jon kept in close contact with us, and gave us regular updates. In the middle of our case, the Covid-19 Pandemic hit. But did that stop Jon? Far from it! He kept in regular contact with us through email and phone calls. After the mandatory quarantine that was imposed on America, and the subsequent social restrictions here in Ohio, he seemed to redouble his efforts. His office made accommodations for socially-distant meetings using the CDC guidelines for safety where we all wore masks, kept 6 feet apart and had access to several hand sanitizer stations. Jon picked up where we left off and it seemed like a blur from there, it feels to me like he worked even harder to get my son’s case resolved. I cannot say one negative thing about Jon. However, I have plenty of good things, some of which I’ve already said. Jon, you’re a credit and a real asset to Rourke & Blumenthal and I’m so happy to have met such a good person and outstanding attorney. Keep up the great work!

Jon was absolutely outstanding to work with! Our case was a lengthy process with many moving parts and he worked through it with ease! Mr. Stoudt was hired to represent my daughter who was injured in an automobile accident.
