Prior to being a nurse I was a legal assistant with a large international firm in corporate healthcare and two medium sized firms. So overall in the legal field for 13 years, worked with many attorneys. When my nursing issue unfortunately arose with the BON I panicked but wanted to pick the best atto...rney possible to hopefully obtain the best outcome so I could continue practicing in the field I am passionate about. He far exceeded my expectations. Was prompt at responding to my inquiries. Calmed me down when I was panicked and even helped me in another state. I truly enjoyed having jim as my attorney. He was understanding, never made you feel like you were incompetent when you had to re-ask the question. He made sure you fully understood all the terms before agreeing to anything. I lived out of state but I still had to deal with my issue in Ohio. And end...ed up with a consent agreement if I were to return to Ohio i will need to follow. Anyway, being so far away from Ohio we communicated via email mainly and phone. He was always responsive within 24 hours. And when I emailed him I would receive a response within the same day. If I need another attorney regarding BON in Ohio I will be going right back to him!
