Superb!

You never think personal injury will happen to you, but when it happened to me I was introduced to Mr. Cooper and I'm so grateful he was in my corner. My long-term injury wasn't easily identified and I was told by another attorney that my case wasn't substantial enough to win anything. Mr. Cooper, ho...wever, believed in his team and in his talents enough to take on my case. After preparing me for the worst he went to work to get the best outcome for me and succeeded way beyond everyone's expectations- including his own. The settlement I received was more than three times what we expected! the monetary reward was amazing but the fact that we therefore received an admission of wrongdoing was the most satisfying feeling I've ever experienced. Mr. Cooper made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire case, which took less than a year. I was kept informed of everything that was happening and he educated me about every step of the process. I'm so glad we didn't have to go to trial and that the case was closed so well. I would recommend Mr. Cooper to anyone who needs his services!

"Ben is a thoughtful and diligent attorney who approaches complex problems analytically. Setting aside his superb legal skills, Ben is fun to work with and a great listener. I recommend him without reservation."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
