Catherine Mary White

Catherine is an amazing lawyer!! During my custody battle she has been an amazingly confident,supportive, knowledge lawyer. I live in a different state than my child's mother and had to fight for my son that is battling cancer and had to make several trips to Ohio to fight for my son, because his mot...her couldn't or wouldn't acknowldge that my son was sick and wouldn't stay at the hospital long enough to learn how to take care of him!! Catherine has been totally supportive and helpful to me and my fight for my six year old son!! She truly cares about her clients and even though I got full custody of my son I am still in contact with her because she is truly concerned on how we are doing. I would refer to anyone and everyone!!

Let me start by saying that I would gladly recommend Catherine. I feel that she is an excellent lawyer and that she did a great job for me during the divorce. When my ex and I split, she took our son and disappeared with him. Even though it was the holiday season, Catherine was fast getting things... filed and got me an emergency custody hearing. At the end of the hearing I had a custody schedule for my son. Within a short time I had shared custody of my son and had him half the time. When my ex came up with ridiculous plans and reasons why I should not be in my son's life, Catherine stood up for me and ensured that she did not win. She called the bluffs that my ex made and saw to it that I, and my son, did not suffer due to her lies. My divorce dragged on for quite some time, mainly due to my ex refusing to even consider settling or agreeing to what was fair for both parents. As well as some mid-divorce changes in job situations that were less than ideal. Catherine kept in touch with me throughout and kept me updated on what was going on. At times I was worried that something would happen and I would lose my son. I was so scared that the courts would make me a weekend dad just because I am a man. Catherine kept reassuring me. She let me know that she would not allow that to happen and she kept her word. I felt so much despair during this process but Catherine was always right there telling me that it would be ok, telling me that everything would work out. When my ex asked for ridiculous things Catherine did not give in or suggest I give in. She fought until I got what was fair. My ex basically tried her best to ruin my life. She wanted to make it so that I could not afford to live or have my son. She wanted to make me a weekend dad at best. She even tried to have me arrested on made up charges. Catherine fought all of this and was there to reassure me during all of it. She did not let my ex get away with her plans. My divorce is now final and I have my son half the time. The child support that we negotiated is fair. I am not paying any spousal support. All in all I am very pleased with the results of the process and the role that Catherine played in it. In addition to being a good lawyer Catherine is also good with the outside the court stuff. I am a person who way overthinks things and has issues with anxiety. Catherine was very patient with my calls, emails, texts, and frequent freak outs. While she is a busy person she made time for me and addressed my concerns. Catherine does get busy, you will not be her only client, but she will make sure that you know what you need to know. She will keep in contact and if she does not answer a call or email right away, she will answer when she can. She will make sure that you know that you and your case are important to her. And because I know that this is important, I felt like her billing was very fair. I never felt like I was just a dollar sign to her. I got laid off mid-divorce and she understood and worked with me so that I did not go broke paying her during the time I was laid off. I felt her final bill was very fair and honestly probably could have been a lot more. Catherine fought for me and I will always appreciate that.

Catherine M. White is nothing but amazing. When I first met Catherine she was very nice, helpful, and honest. As a father, I was concerned about seeing my child and Catherine made sure that I exercised my rights as a father. She never missed an appointment or a court date, very organized, and most ...importantly with her busy schedule she always made time for her clients. There is honestly nothing I can say bad about her, I would recommend her to any and all of my friends, strangers, and family members. This is being written to any Man that is going through a divorce with children. I would like to start with saying that I am beyond trying to comprehend to what is going on in my divorce right now. First for men that don't believe your spouse, the one that is supposed to love you and be there for you,... can up and Kidnap your children and take them out of state, and cut off all communication with you and your kids, believe me it happens. Because I am going through this right now. I have not seen my two very young boy's in over a year now. Mom is seeking revenge on me for handing her Dissolution papers last year, because of verbal, mental and physical abuse to me, now I am paying the price for me standing up for myself and my sons, so she answered with kidnapping my sons, and is doing everything in her power to keep them from me no matter who she hurts in the process, including her own sons. This is by far the worst thing I have every been through in my life, it literally feels like two deaths to me. I got to the point where I was just going to give up on the whole situation, and I thought to myself not only are you letting her when, you are giving up on your own kids. Once I said those words back to myself, there was no way in HELL I will ever give up on my sons. So I sought out some legal advise. And I found Attorney Catherine M White online and, with one sit down consultation with her I knew who I wanted to represent me in my case and hired her right on the spot. Ex Parte was issued October 18, 2017 during my divorce. Let me be clear that at that time I did not know or had ever heard of Ex Parte. The order gave my wife temporary custody of our sons. I contacted Catherine M. White immediately for clarification. Under her guidance and questioning of my wif...e the Order was reversed as the Magistrate found no grounds for the order. I could finally have some peace of mind for me and my sons. Her technique in the hearing was “to the point” when questioning my wife and left no doubt that the order should never have been issued. Affairs are a sad reality. Let me explain how this affects the entire family. I found out that my wife had been having affairs for up to 2 years prior to the divorce proceedings. When she filed for divorce I was unaware of any of the affairs. You ask how can that be? The simple answer is “trust”. All of the sorted facts came out during our separation. The final affair with Mr. X came as a Devastating shock to our small children and to me. She had Mr. X spending the night in our home when she had the boys. We were under the 2-2-5 agreement so she had long stretches of time in control of our house and our sons. She blandly had intimate relations with our sons in the marital residence which has changed them forever.
