Catherine M. White is nothing but amazing. When I first met Catherine she was very nice, helpful, and honest. As a father, I was concerned about seeing my child and Catherine made sure that I exercised my rights as a father. She never missed an appointment or a court date, very organized, and most ...importantly with her busy schedule she always made time for her clients. There is honestly nothing I can say bad about her, I would recommend her to any and all of my friends, strangers, and family members. This is being written to any Man that is going through a divorce with children. I would like to start with saying that I am beyond trying to comprehend to what is going on in my divorce right now. First for men that don't believe your spouse, the one that is supposed to love you and be there for you,... can up and Kidnap your children and take them out of state, and cut off all communication with you and your kids, believe me it happens. Because I am going through this right now. I have not seen my two very young boy's in over a year now. Mom is seeking revenge on me for handing her Dissolution papers last year, because of verbal, mental and physical abuse to me, now I am paying the price for me standing up for myself and my sons, so she answered with kidnapping my sons, and is doing everything in her power to keep them from me no matter who she hurts in the process, including her own sons. This is by far the worst thing I have every been through in my life, it literally feels like two deaths to me. I got to the point where I was just going to give up on the whole situation, and I thought to myself not only are you letting her when, you are giving up on your own kids. Once I said those words back to myself, there was no way in HELL I will ever give up on my sons. So I sought out some legal advise. I worked with Catherine on establishing a shared custody agreement with my ex girlfriend. I had an hour long consultation, she accepted my case and was able to have it filed and reviewed by a judge in a reasonable time. My ex girlfriend had agreed to everything in advance, so our case was pretty pain...less. We have always had a good relationship so the process was completed with very little acrimony or spite. Ask for timelines, she will provide them. they will be reasonable. Also remember that other lawyers can work at different paces, people can drag their feet. Be reasonable. 4. E-mail and phone communication can take 24 hours. Be prepared to understand that. If you send an e-mail on Friday night, she won't answer until the following work day.
